How to get your digital files:

2. Instant Download 📥 Immediately after your payment is confirmed, a download link will appear on your screen. Don't worry if you miss it—we will also send an automatic email to your inbox containing your secure download link.
3. Print & Create 🖨️ Open your high-resolution PDF files. You can print them at home, at a local print shop, or import them directly into your favorite digital tablet app (like GoodNotes or Procreate) to color and plan digitally.

Will I receive a physical item in the mail? No. All products at Dreamy Doodles Studios are digital downloads (PDF or image files). No physical products will be shipped to your address. This means zero shipping fees and zero waiting time!
What kind of paper do you recommend for printing? For the best coloring experience, especially if you use markers or gel pens, we highly recommend printing on white cardstock or thick paper (100-160 gsm). Standard printer paper works perfectly fine for colored pencils.
Can I color these on my iPad or tablet? Absolutely! Our PDF files are fully compatible with digital art and note-taking apps. Simply save the file to your device and import it into apps like Procreate, GoodNotes, or Notability.
How long do I have access to my files? Your access does not expire! You can download your files as many times as you need from the link in your email. We do recommend saving a permanent copy to your computer or cloud storage just to be safe.
I didn't receive my email link. What should I do? First, please check your Spam or Junk folder, as automated emails sometimes hide there. If you still can't find it after a few minutes, simply contact us via our "Contact" page with your order number, and we will send your files manually.
What is your refund policy? Because our products are digital files delivered instantly, all sales are final. We cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the files have been downloaded.
